Sisterhood Retreat
Each semester the sisters of Phi Sigma Rho plan a special event in order to retreat away from everything else to focus on team building, bonding, and improving the sisterhood as a whole by bettering each of the sisters and their bonds to each other.

Senior Send Off
Every year the sisters of Phi Sigma Rho have a celebration to send their seniors off into the world. The senior send off is a way for the sisters to show the seniors their appreciation for all they have committed to the sisterhood.
Greek Week
The Phi Rho sisters proudly take part in the Wright State University greek week! A competition between the entire Greek community in an attempt to promote service, responsibility and fun throughout the entirety of the Wright State campus. It's a week of celebrating fraternities and sororities on campus. Come out and watch the fraternities and sororoties compete for the title of Greek Week Champion. Only Greeks can participate in the events, but all are welcome to come and root on your friends and chapters.
Orchid Ball
The Alpha Zeta chapter holds an annual formal called Orchid Ball. Everyone is welcome to bring their friends and dates to enjoy the company of all of their Phi Rho sisters.
